Stainless steel machines for filling low-viscosity products
Description
This machine works in continuous rotation and is equipped with up to 60 filling stations. It is controlled mechanically by lifting the filling heads through the container to be filled. Filling can only take place when a container is under the filling station. This means: no container = no filling.

When the filling head is lifted, the vacuum and product line open simultaneously so that the liquid to be filled penetrates the bottle, jar or can unhindered, supported by a light vacuum, until the desired headspace is reached. Overfilling is impossible.
The packs are fed through the machine via a slat conveyor, infeed auger and starwheel as well as a turntable and outfeed starwheel. During the cycle, the packs are pressed against the filling heads with spring force.
The machine can be converted to other container formats by changing the stars. The machine is suitable for filling a wide range of low-viscosity products.
Technical data
Design: Sturdy base frame in stainless steel welded construction, machine table designed as a drip tray. The main drive is underneath, all other moving parts are arranged above the table trough. Parts in contact with the product are made of V4A.
Center column: central height adjustment.
Drive: frequency-controlled, with speed display and stainless steel safety clutch.
Electr. Equipment: Machine completely wired, control and operating panel with all switches and contactors on console. Operating side on the infeed plate conveyor.
Filling container: rotating, with two-channel filling valves and headspace regulation.
Belt conveyor: Continuous apron conveyor 2.5 m long, screw with drawn pitch, infeed and outfeed starwheel and center section
Performance range:
- up to approx. 500 containers / min.
