Stainless steel machine for industrial food sorting
Description
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and has a drum diameter of 900 mm. The drum is divided into different fractions with different hole sizes.
Function
Sorting is carried out by rotating the perforated drum, in which the product to be sorted is evenly distributed.
If the product is smaller than the perforation, it can fall through the perforation drum into the intermediate hopper.
The larger fruits are fed into the next fraction by tilting the drum slightly, where further sorting takes place using a different hole size. A total of up to 8 assortments + overflow are possible.
The rotation speed of the sorting drum is infinitely variable via a variable speed gearbox. A feed hopper is located at the front of the infeed side for product feeding.
