Description
The cooking units can be heated indirectly in a double jacket with steam, thermal oil or hot water and/or with direct steam injection.
The cooking systems are designed for unpressurized operation in the product chamber, but can also be vacuum and/or overpressure-proof.
Depending on the design, we differentiate between vertical and horizontal cooking containers. The different shapes are selected depending on the area of application.
In many areas, the product must be discharged gently. For this purpose, we manufacture tilting boiling kettles from the HK series with different volumes.
Of course, we also manufacture storage containers and storage tanks according to your wishes. These are fitted according to your spatial conditions.
