EME turntable dryer

This machine consists of two transport plates with guide rails. The outer plate runs as a ring table around the separately driven center table, whereby the ring table is designed for the desired output. The center table is equipped with an infinitely variable drive.

The ring table is equipped with spiral railing guides, which ensure that the packs are forced to move in a circle and thus pass through the blowing and drying section several times until they reach the outer diameter.

The outlet is located on the outer diameter, where the packs are turned through 180° by a spiral and transferred for further transportation.

The ring table has a perforated base plate so that the air flow coming from above can escape downwards together with the adhering water.

The center table has a diameter of approx. 800 mm and distributes and feeds the packs into the spiral area of the ring table. The entire turntable construction is self-supporting and made of stainless steel.

Several nozzle units are mounted above and below the table, which are supplied with hot air via a hot air blower.

The table is equipped with appropriate covers and viewing openings for easy accessibility. At the outfeed of the machine, the portion cans can be transferred directly to an existing packing table or via a separate connecting belt.
