TAIFUN blowing machine
With this system, the cans/jars are moved backwards through a special rotating basket, whereby they complete a total rotation of 360 degrees.
With an average output of approx. 5 jars/cans per minute, the rotary basket is designed so that the jars/cans travel over a distance of 400 mm with the mouth pointing downwards over an air nozzle and are blown out in the process.
The sucked-in air is filtered via a dust bag.
The machine is equipped with a blower insertion station and a turning basket. It is infinitely variable.
TAIFUN evaporation machine
The evaporation machine consists of a self-supporting stainless steel housing, the lower part of which is designed as a trough. The cans/jars are moved through a special rotating basket in back pressure, whereby they rotate a total of 360 degrees.
The rotary basket is designed so that the jars/cans travel a distance of xxx mm with the mouth facing downwards over a nozzle block and are rinsed out with superheated steam. The containers then run through a draining section of approx. 500 mm before they are turned 180 degrees again with the mouth of the container facing upwards.
The machine is equipped with an insertion station, infinitely adjustable and a turning basket.
TAIFUN spraying machine
For rinsing glass bottles and containers with fresh water. The system is self-contained, equipped with spray stick and turner including adjustable star feed device.
The spraying machine consists of a self-supporting stainless steel housing, the lower part of which is designed as a trough. The bottles are transported backwards through a special rotating basket, whereby they rotate a total of 360 degrees.
The rotary basket is designed so that the bottles travel a distance of 250 mm with the mouth facing downwards over a nozzle block and are rinsed out with fresh water. The containers then run through a draining section of approx. 150 mm before they are turned 180 degrees again with the neck upwards.
The machine is equipped with an insertion station, infinitely adjustable and a turning basket.
