Stainless steel machine for industrial food sorting
Description
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel. Quick adjustment up to a capacity of 12 tons/hour.
The drive is infinitely variable. Sorting in 6 different sizes plus overflow is possible. The sorting gap can be infinitely adjusted individually for each size using a spindle with handwheel.
How the sorting system works
Sorting takes place via a rotating roller grid that opens from the discharge side to the front. The product is fed in via a chute and rotated and turned on the roller creel until the product falls through at the point of its smallest cross-section. In this way, precise sorting is achieved.
The size adjustment is infinitely variable from 8-46 mm for each type using a handwheel.
The adjustment can be carried out precisely and in a matter of seconds, both at a standstill and while running.
The machine is supplied in a solid and robust design with a fully enclosed variable speed drive.
